Art for Rent

An art rental program is available for qualified parties. The rental term is one year and automatically renews unless 30 day notice to terminate is given. You can refresh your artwork every twelve months. The cost is 4% per month of the total retail price of the artwork rented, or $50.00 per month, whichever is greater. Payments do not apply toward the purchase. A certificate of insurance is required, or you can purchase our insurance for a nominal fee. Some artwork is excluded from the rental pool. Ask us for complete details about either of these options.

We recognize that you may require something different, innovative or specialized. With this in mind we can visit with you or discuss your needs on the phone. We may commission work that you have in mind to artists that work with us. We will be responsible for transporting your artwork to you and installing it on your walls at no extra cost within Atlanta. We can ship the artwork to you if you are outside of Atlanta and fly our consultants to install it.

Rental costs are tax deductible, (including full insurance coverage, repairs and maintenance). Clients may select new artwork or have existing pieces reinstalled at no extra cost, when refurbishing or relocating their offices.

Clients may purchase their artwork at a reduced rate after the minimum rental period of twelve months or at prior established rate at any time. Two, three and four year - Rental Incentive Schemes - are an extremely beneficial option for both medium to long-term rental clients.

All artwork is framed in our studio in Atlanta and carries an unconditional guarantee.
